Cuckoos - Term 1 Week 1

What a fantastic start to our first week in Cuckoos! Despite the rain, we have made the most of our outdoor area, engaging in several different activities - Maths, reading/spelling, letter matching, den building, playing with duplo, playing with sand and saying hello to the new Barn Owls over the fence! As well as enjoying the outdoors, we have loved exploring our new classroom. We have also been busy getting started on our learning, reading the colour monster and discussing what makes us feel all of the different emotions, some Maths, some writing and we even created some beautiful art work - all within the first three days!
