Cuckoo Class term 1 Week 2

Our first full week in Year 1 and we have been very busy! We started the week by hot seating the characters in our whole school text, Tuesday and enjoyed dressing up as the granny and police detectives. We also used pig masks to suggest what the naughty pigs from the story would've done if they flew into Cuckoo Class. Our writing for this unit was so fantastic, Mr Emmett rewarded us with some time in the adventure playground, which as you can see, we LOVED! In computing, we used the command buttons to direct the coding critter and in PE we have been focusing in dodging and passing the ball.
